Supporting parents and
children, together.
Our Approach
Our Approach
Parent and Child Together
We work with both children and parents, as meaningful progress happens when families are supported as a whole.
Clear Age Focus
We specialise in early to middle childhood (0–12 years) and do not work with adolescents.
Evidence-Based, Practical Support
Our methods are grounded in research and shaped to suit each family’s unique needs.
Local and Connected
As part of the Bowral community, we value relationships and place, drawing on local strengths.
About Merrigang Psychology
At Merrigang Psychology, we provide specialised support for children aged 0–12 years and their parents.
Our focus is on helping families navigate challenges with warmth, evidence-based care, and a strong emphasis on parent involvement.
With over 25 years of experience, Principal Psychologist Kellie, brings a calm, steady approach that helps parents feel confident and children feel safe.
The name Merrigang reflects our deep connection to the local area and its heritage, inspired by the Gundungurra language and the native tiger quoll.
Merrigang Psychology is located in Gibraltar House, 341 Bong Bong Street, Bowral – a central and convenient location for Southern Highlands families.
